LDN and pernicious anemia/gastritis/Hashimoto's linked

I have had Hashimoto's for years now and was just diagnosed with pernicious anemia, but my B12 levels are within the normal range. Can LDN help pernicious anemia I take 4.5 mg daily, do I need an increase?
