Prof. Henry Lardy was an American biochemist specializing in metabolism and dairy science (history does not record whether he also had an interest in pigs).

I like to think that if he'd still been alive today, he would have published lots of papers on LCHF.

Sorry TheAwfulToad i didnt immediately recognise Henry, I would have known immediately if you had said that he was accredited with the invention of the micro pipet and early freezing of sperm 😂
