TAT’s chicken tikka

My first attempt at making TAT’s LCHF chicken tikka, served with salad leaves and raita. My husband liked it so much he’s asked for it again tomorrow. Result! For the first time he’s had my food without additional carbs for him. Baby steps 😉

wow .. great result. Looks perfectly cooked!

I've occasionally done low-carb meals for my mum or my sister's family, and they've never even noticed that they're low-carb :)
