That’s what I had yesterday- apart from the chilli sprinkles. Very tasty 😋

It’s the first eating plan I’ve stuck to and I’ve been on 100s of diets in my life first time one has worked so well. I’m one lb off 4 stone and only started in may🍏🍎

I use sardines as a snack. You know if you are hungry enough to eat plain sardines, you are really hungry. 😂

Sardines are so healthy, i wish I liked them more. I might have to try them with chilli (I put chilli on everything too!)
