off plan for 4 days, what is the best way to re start?

Have been over eating for 4 days, it was my Birthday on Wednesday. People had suggested ways to try and overt this, but I did my own thing and failed miserably. So restarting LCHF, with IF, should I try the Michael Moseley plan, Or just go for low carb start, eg., below 50g/day? Any suggestions please?

It really isn't a big deal. Just go back to what you were doing before (<50g, preferably ~25g for a few days). No need to make this more complicated than it really is - people like Moseley probably have their hearts in the right place, but their primary concern is to sell books.

Hi TAT, thank you for replying. I will take your advice and try to stick to -25g/ day. Have stocked up with lots of green veg and bought a new steamer, will try it out later😊

Hi, thank you for the Bday wishes. I couldn’t believe how bad the weather was/is, can never be sure of good weather, even in July, but can’t remember it being this bad before. I have one good day under my belt now, so head down and move forward😊

Thanks Sue, unfortunately I am still struggling, had a couple of good days then binged before going to bed on Sunday, then had a planned binge yesterday. Starting LCHF plan ‘again’ today. How are you getting on? Although I do love this site, it can be hard to know where to begin when there is conflicting information and advice. I do think LCHF with IF is the best plan for me and will try to keep to the lowest carbs I can. Thank you again for your support, it means a lot😊
