It's an Asian layered salad, Rice in the bottom, except I skip that, then layer shredded cabbage, carrot, broccolini, cucumber, avocado, a boiled egg quartered, edamame beans, then your Protein on top, then make a dressing, I mix sesame oil, mayo and sriracha sauce and drizzle
Unfortunately NHS weight loss tend to get users to "hide" their posts, so we aren't able to see what the recipe is if we're not members I've never really understood the reasons for it.
Leeleepuss, you can see what is on the WL forum, but people that don't belong there can't. If you put a link here, from somebody who decided to lock their post to just the WI forum, then it won't be seen here. You could always copy and paste the recipe here though
Here you go ( For future reference, if you highlight the text you want to share, copy and then go to the place you want to share it and paste - this is what will happen. I have learnt so much being a member of the forum, even how to use my lap top lol π€£)

I'm not too sure, as it doesn't really make much difference. There are lots of ways around the "hidden" feature, if people wish to, but it is a hassle. You'll just need to bear it in mind if you do want to share their posts elsewhere in future.
Feel free to copy and paste the recipe, although you might need to check the originator is OK for you to share it, as locking posts usually suggests they don't want them to be shared elsewhere.
