My journey on this amazing diet/ lifestyle continues.. I had a small blip over Christmas and spent a few days indulging in all the holiday foods without worrying. My weight pre Xmas was 11.1 and on first Jan I started my Keto regime all over again weighing 11.8!!!!!
It was easy to get back into fat burning starting my days with Bulletproof coffee to dampen hunger and eating well (green salad and cheese omelette) at lunchtime which work canteen were quite happy to knock up for me... eggs really are satiating. home at 7 to hubbies tray baked lamb cutlets and asparagus in butter ....... few walnuts while watching tv as snacks and my fav pork scratchings (small pack).Plenty of water and my coffees made with dash of single cream in between, what’s not to like really!! I’ve already got weight back down to 11. 4

Well done you ! I'm quite similar, I put on 6lb while we were away for Christmas but already lost 3lb ! I did read on here once that once you've been fat adapted for a while, your body can switch straight back to it, thank goodness ! x
Well done ... and sounds like a tasty menu too. Although I must confess I've never been enthused by the idea of coffee with oil and butter in it ... I'll stick with cream, thanks
Well you will need to look at your own Macros ie your percentage of carb protein and fat that is right for you to lose weight my fat intake is 85g daily so as long as I keep within that I can have coffee and cream I do like to keep enough for other fats like cheese and oils in salad dressing etc I use an app to keep within my limit. I do have about 5 usually
