Your gp said no to gluten free, why? If your hypothyroidism is caused by hashimotos disease then going gluten free can be helpful as it can reduce the attacks. If you don't have hashimotos then going gluten free is unnecessary. Go to the thyroid health unlocked forum if you aren't already.
