Well I got through Day 1, it was ok. 50c goal and had 29c. Wanted bread with my eveing meal but didn't have any. Afterwards thought that was OK, wasn't craving it. Just wanted it. Tomorrow I am going to look into some recipies. I need packed lunch ideas. I'll have a look. So I'm happy with Day 1.

Lunches aren't easy, but my default meal for the office is some grilled meat, a heap of salad, and lots of fat-based dressing (eg., guacamole, sour cream, ranch, or similar). If necessary you can assemble this from hurriedly-bought items from the supermarket!
Have you looked at dietdoctor.com? They have a lot of good recipes there.
Sounds like a good start! — sometimes for lunch, if I need something ‘packed’, I make a quick omelette in the morning, quite thin, and throw cheese over and wait for it to cool- then I put something simple on top like diced veggies/salad, or cooked chicken, and roll it up , and cut it in half, like a sandwich wrap.
There are lots of little low carb tricks once you get used to it!
