I was not losing weight any more counting calories. I am down 1 ½ lbs since I switched to this group. I am not having cravings at all and I’m enjoying protein again instead of thinking it’s my enemy. This is so cool! I’m so grateful for this group.

Hurray! I hope you continue to enjoy this way of eating. I hit the ‘Keto flu’ around day 5/6 and was sooo tired but it only lasted a day. Keep at it 👏👏👏👏

Thank you for that tidbit of information. I’m still going strong. Some days I really want my popcorn or chips but not giving in to the temptation
