Sure , but it's not much of a recipe...but you have to keep an eye on it
Pork belly fat with skin on . Fry on low heat for about 1/2 hour ..turn heat off and leave for about one hour and turn on heat again..cook until golden brown..add salt to taste.
Try a small amount first.
The oil has to cover the pieces of fat.
