Wow! I must admit I was a bit dubious, but 2 portions (half portions) and the third for breakfast!

Roasted to dehydration courgette and aubergine as replacement for pasta in a lasagna... Mmm Nom Nom 😋

Sounds good! You really can't go wrong with ragu and cheese, right? :)

Had this a few times at Italian restaurants and it never disappoints. Really tasty, and LCHF-compatible too.
