Low Carb Lunch

Hiya

What do you have for lunch on low carb diet? I am looking for things that my husband can take to work. It would have to be something that was ready to eat as he works on a building site and doesn't always have access to a microwave

Cheese, olives, tinned fish, nuts. It's a matter of getting used to getting along without bread, pasta etc. Have a look here for ideas:
