Wouldn't it depend on exactly what sort of thing you would be expected to do? If it's just the sort of housework that you're doing at home, you'd be okay. However, if it's heavy work, where you might hurt yourself, then you'd probably be safer to avoid it.Can you find out exactly what is involved in the job, and then ask your haematologist?
