Great Carla, hang in there. I read that young people like yourself have a much better chance of having ITP go into complete remission in the first 6 months. I was diagnosed 1 month ago with platelets of 1 I am 66 and also just had a stent put in in March. So I was on blood thinner and aspirin when diagnosed. So I have two problems. The ITP and keeping my blood from clotting. It is hard to stay positive especially for someone my age but you are young and have that going for you. You will beat this.
