Recently diagnosed with this disease after contacting shingles so I am hoping it is not going to be chronic at the moment working full time it is havoc finding most of the time I have no energy what's so ever plus my bones ache part and parcel I have been told : ((( any advice would be helpful.

Vitamin d helped me with fatigue

Lots of vitamin c helped with bruising

Once I get my head round this condition guess I will be fine I have always been so full of energy but now I feel zapped think the joint paint does not help : (((( I have tried lots more nuts vegetables thank you for taking the time to reply : ))))

Working full time no energy what's so ever at the moment I believe it's part of the course it is hard when you have been active now walking up the stairs is a trial I had shingles plus a viral infection double whammy now consultant is saying this may of been the cause my platelets going haywire , we shall see.
