Hi I have ITP and had a splenectomy when I was three I’m 50 now. I’ve had both Pfizer jabs now with no ill effects just a sore arm where they injected the vaccine. My consultant told me that you might get a slight drop in platelets after having the vaccine according to reports they’ve had. But it shouldn’t stop you from having it as the benefits outweigh the risks. Hope this helps 👍🏻 My younger brother has no spleen either after a motorcycle accident he’s had both jabs too and no serious side effects. Just keep up with your medication and look after your immune system, vitamin D etc. Hope this helps you 👍🏻

HiI have congenital Thrombocytopenia & ITP and had my spleen removed in 2001, I am due to have my second vaccine in 2 weeks and no problems whatsoever.
I've had both injections and had a slight reaction on the first one, feeling very cold, but not the second. I had a splenectomy over a decade ago. Bit of a sore arm afterwards with each one but nothing to worry about.
