Details of the ITP Support Association "VIRTUAL" Convention 2020 are now available at the link below.

The Convention this year will be held over 2 days , all online of course due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So save the dates of Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of October.

The full rundown of the sessions, guest speakers & topics being covered is on the attached link below. Details of how to register for the event will be announced in the next few weeks. In the meantime save the dates.

I will be posting out updates on the various social media platforms on the two days & will be dipping in to many of the sessions. So hope to see you online on October 10th and 11th !

If you are living with ITP or have any interest in ITP then I can guarantee that the event will be hugely beneficial.

Thank-you for posting this information, Anthony. It looks as though it'll be well worth attending.

It should be a terrific event. The agenda for both days is packed and the excellent thing is that because it is all online you can dip in and out as and when you choose and also select the bits that are the most useful/interesting to you depending on your situation.

I have seen a sneak preview of how it will all look and it is very, very impressive.

I will post out details of how to register for the event as soon as info is released from ITP SA HQ.

It sounds excellent. I wonder whether online attendance will be offered (as an alternative option) in future years?

I could personally see that as a possibility, albeit the way things are going with the Covid-19 pandemic it's difficult to predict or plan much with any degree of certainty too far ahead.

From my personal point of view I'd love it to be offered as a "virtual" convention as a permanent thing although perhaps alongside a smaller "face to face option" . There are so many things to consider though.

It could be that the face to face options might work on a more local basis so that it reduces the need for travelling.

BUT one of the key problems is getting the healthcare professionals/experts to be available because they all have so many demands on their time and numerous commitments.

Not what you're looking for?
