Good morning I had Itp 6 years ago platelet count has been great ever since . However this last week if I scratch my skin I get Petechiae but no other symptoms should I be concerned ?

I agree with Nicky it’s probably sensible to get a blood count done. You could also check inside your mouth for blood blisters as that is a sure sign for me that my count is low and I need some treatment.

No dear, you shouldn't if your platelet count is good and at safe level. Just check your PC.
