London hospitals

I am thinking of changing hospitals for ITP treatment in London. Does anyone here go to Hammersmith Hospital? What's it like? What's the format for treating with romiplostim. Where I am now they are supposed to call me to tell me my platelet count and discuss dose but they forget to call so I don't know where I am.

I go to to St. Helier hospital, very good treatment. I had 2 platelet transfusions, Im fine now. It only takes half an hour, no hospital stay.
