I have taken thyroxine for years. Was diagnosed with ITP 3 years ago. Had the dreaded high dose steroids on two occasions when platelets dropped to 2 and 4. Decided to try eltrombopag on the third occasion but have had 2 dips whilst taking this. Am just about to start n-plate as platelets currently 8.
I hadn’t linked with thyroid, maybe I should.
