Hi everyone,

It's Kasra, a few weeks ago I talked to you about my spleenectomy. I had my spleenectomy 17 days ago, it was a laparoscopic surgery and only the first 24h was a bit raugh and after that I went home and I had no problem. 9 days ago( one week after surgery ) I took a blood test and my platelets was 388000. I'm planning to do another one in 3 days. As my Dr says I need a few more months to be sure. But so far the my count is up. I just wannted to keep you guys posted and thank you again for asking and your help, I will definitely post again after my next tests.

Happy new year

And thank you all for your support

Kasra,

That's great news! I'll keep my fingers crossed for stable counts in the normal range for you.
