Bruises

At last count my platelets were 42 as usual not to bothered last couple of days 3 bruises on my torso and 9 bruises on my leg plus 2 ( all purple in colour ) on my arm do I need to go to the doctors unsure of what to do just seem to be popping up.randomly still feel very tired and aching joints no change there .

Its so hard to know as your plaelets could be diving and i would never advise anyone not to get checked out.

FYI - I went to ITP clinic last friday - oxford - and mine were 36 and just a couple of smallish bruises - 10 pence sized - and my heama said come in a months time. didnt seem in the remotest bit worried.

hope they rise soon......i have been taking chia seeds (cheap at aldi) and spirulina (ditto) and feroglobin from holland and barret. I thuink it helps with energy levels. xxxx

I am not worried as such just seems to be a lot of them will just keep an eye on them for now thank you
