Time Out
I agree I try to pace myself more than ever before to not get too drained
Mine told me to chill out and do things I enjoy doing for me that is baking patisserie, listerning to music and driving me new car 🚗. It has had a positive effect on me both in mood and my count has come up to!
Good not much has helped my platelet count but i feel like my body is calling me to do that -sllloooo down!!
My hematologist does not think I should worry, he said I would not bleed to death I would die of something else. I liked this Dr. but allas he is leaving the area so now I need to get another one. He was a very positive Dr. and went straight for the bone marrow biopsy which confirmed his suspicions that I have ITP. I am going to try and start up swimming again and hopefully get on the treadmill soon. I love playing video games with my grandchildren and of course myself for me time so I know I will not let this stop me from having fun and enjoying retirement.
That's the way to go I normally get a bit down before my weekly bloods but its because when I go to hospital it actually makes me ill think its psychological kinda funny though : ))))
