For ITP below are the only Treatments available.

Prednisone and other corticosteroids

Intravenous immune globulin IVIG

Splenectomy

Danazol

Eltrombopag

Rituximab

Romiplostim.

BMT is the only option for genetic Congenital amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia,

There are other treatments to add to Nasar's list including azathioprine and mycophenloate which are commonly used in the UK.
