oh wow I had to reply to this! I was in ICU December 2020 with Covid and pneumonia, I fought hard to not be ventilated and then fought hard to stay alive! I’m still experiencing as my GP says signs of PTSD, I tire easily, fall asleep at night but can never stay asleep, hair loss, memory loss still struggle with taste and smell and like you, I don’t feel myself - will I ever? Thanks to Covid I’m now asthmatic and have to take a concoction of pills each day! ☹️

Glad to hear you survived. It sounds as if you now have long covid. If you live in a Sunny climate, get outside and get Vit D. If you don’t supplement with VitD3 + K2, around 4,000 IU/UG per day, along with magnesium & zinc (not oxides). Research for safe magnesium and zinc doses. K2 stops excess calcium from taking Vit D3 building up in the arteries as does magnesium. Both Vit D & zinc are immunomodulators. They calm an overactive immune system and enhance an under-active immune system, balancing it. Mung bean seed coat prevents cytokine storms in covid and sepsis. A University here in the UK researched the benefits of probiotics in long covid and they were found to help those suffering with long covid. Hope you find something that helps cuh.nhs.uk/news/friendly-gu...
