I’m not one for self aggrandisement & I feel slightly uncomfortably ‘British’ about posting this link BUT I hope it will be informative for those patients & families on the cusp of leaving hospital.

Thank you - I’m glad it hit the mark.

I was eager, fairly early on in recovery, to convert my family’s misery (at the time) into something of worth 😊
