Exercise group over zoom

We now have permanent times for our Exercise Group.  It will be Gareth every ‪Monday at 11.30 am‬

Joanne every ‪Thursday at 11.30 am‬. Both Gareth Tattum & Jo Ruffell have many years experience of personal training. Our sessions are on zoom and FREE.

Please email if you would like any further information perhaps about suitability for your particular circumstances - both Joanne and Gareth are really good at telling you how to adapt an exercise to suit your limitations and are keen to help us become as fit as is practically possible but without pushing anyone beyond what is safe for them.
