Hi Stacey, yes I have had this for a number of years - can be either arm. Dr said I must be lying on it at night, but the silly thing is it is usually the arm that is uppermost and not the one I am lying on!! Warfarin level depends on what your INR clinic have set your level to be. I think the recommended level for those with Hughes is between 3-4. However, saying that mine swings between 1.1 and 4.7 within a couple of weeks. You need to ask what your level has been set at then that will give you a guideline to work with. Hope you get a more reasonable answer from your drs.

hi butterfly. i got my inr done the other week and it was 2.6. it is such a strange feeling on the senter of my arm but i should be gratefull that it doasnt hurt.pain is the horrid.some gps make you feel as if your making it up or cant keep up with your list of symptoms. thenks stacey.

My INR is 2-3. I feel really groggy and tired when it is at the upper end of the range. 2.6 is moving into the bruise zone for me.

Yip, I've had back ache for months, but the arm numbness came on about a month ago, straight to GP and got a quick round of X-rays, but they have come back clear, I'm waiting on physio (been told 7-11 weeks waiting time) doc reckons its is muscle/tissue damage which is pinching on my nerves and I've just had a workstation assessment at work, and they are going to provide me with an ergonomic chair, and foot rest , and some sort of fancy nancy mouse. It's all on my right side, does not vary, the best way for me to describe it , is like when you get your blood pressure done, and the band gets very tight, and everything feels a little weird...I'm always wobbling my head about to try and ease the pain, it's like a constant creek in my neck/ shoulder, and I sleep for a couple of hours at a time, the pain wakes me up, I cannot lie on my 'sore' arm.
