Hi

I know when my INR is low as my speech does not come out right or I stutter a bit.

I feel abslutley exhausted/ fatigued.

My balanace and walking is not true & straight.

My spelling is wrong (correct letters wrong order)

Generallly feel groggy` and fed up.

When INR is in range (INR 4 to 5) I feel "ok"

I do get a few days each year (5 or 6) when I say to myself I feel really good.

I find that when I over do things because I feel ok , APS always gets me a few days later!

Keep pushing on!

Regards

Garry

GERD is gastroestropheal reflux disease, i.e. basically the thing that gives people heartburn because of acid flowing back up from the stomach. It can also cause a constant cough, a feeling of phlegm in the throat and the feeling that your food has got stuck somewhere on the way down. I wondered whether it was a typical symptom for APS but have come to the conclusion that it's such a common disorder that there are bound to be quite a few people with APS who have GERD too! All the best with your INR.
