I was reading some of the responses today on questions an i noticed that a few memebers have there own Blogs!

I am the type of person who believes that having access to all types of information would of been of benifit to me when i was first looking for support and help. With that in mind i thought i would start this Blog for thoses that have a blog could put it on here for other people to have a look at. I also thought if people found other blogs that they thought were of intrest they could put it in here as well.

I always go by the saying information is power whether that was medical, personal or finacial it all helps us in understanding a way forward.

Following a question i put down on the forum about walking it seams a number of people are doing things besides work, well i found this Blog about a girl who is going to do 101 things that she has never done before and i thought some of you may find it intresting

Do it Clare! I have a blog at lifewithAPS.blogspot.com that I try to regularly update. I know I have a few regular readers and I hope it helps some. I try to put out information as well as blog about my sometimes boring sometimes hectic life.
