I hope this the exception -that would be so convenient! But usually, the real, natural food has the bio stuff in the form that is easiest for your body to absorb. I suggest checking out the web site or the books of Dr John La Puma, who bills himself, ( because he is,) the Chef MD. I am currently reading his "Chef MDs Big Book of Culinary Medicine." and have already gleaned some useful tips ( Hey! You Scots out there! Those roasted tomatoes with olive oil in your traditional Scottish breakfast in a wonderful way to start your day with a nice bit of lycopene.)
This sounds very interesting. Wish it was available here in the US, alas, no. However, what Gina says about roasted tomatoes w/olive oil and then so many natural foods we can eat to help ourselves - there is much we can do.
Thanks for this post, I will keep track of this product and see if perhaps something similar comes here, or perhaps already is.
I have never seen it or heard of it here in Canada. Sounds interesting, I would try it if it was available and not too expensive. The way I see it eating a perfect blend of fruits and vegetables would be best but the convience of a juice would make me more likely to have it at all. For example, I'll probably never have tomatoes for breakfast lol.
