I am intending to hold a fundraising arts exhibition at my home. Is there a charity number I should be using for possible reduced rate advertising and also do you have any general information leaflets that I can distribute to raise awareness?

You need to get in touch with Kate Hindle as she is the charity manager at St. Thomas'.......she will give you the charity no.

I do that too in my area as I have a stall at least once a year & sell my art & photography & a % goes in a container she also gave me.

My local photography group I am in have also offered to donate some of their work for me to sell plus some other stuff.....everything helps raise awareness if nothing else :)

All the best & good luck xx

thank you. I have a good body of work from various artists etc plus a professional artist doing demonstrations, but my concern is that I don't get enough people turning up. Time will tell…

Sounds like you have it sorted, good luck with it all :) x

Hi Stella

The charity registration number is 1138116 and, like Suzy mentions, please contact me directly at the charity office for some leaflets - kate.hindle@hughes-syndrome.org.

Hope the exhibition goes OK - we have had a couple in the past and they were very successful :)
