Sorry to read you are in pain.

Please go to see your doctor, who is the only person who can diagnose your condition. We are not doctors and no one should rely on forums or Dr Google!

Please let us know how you get on.

With good wishes,

Ros

I can only say that it is very important that you have got a Specialist of APS who works with autoimmun illnesses like APS. I have read what you have written and I suggest you read about APS as there is a lot of symptoms from several organs. So few Doctors know about our illness.

Live in Sweden and am triple positive with high titres and struggle to keep my INR at the correct level (3.5 - 4.0) which is important to do to avoid emboli and micro clots.

Take care of yourself and good luck!

hi. Yes. Get checked out by Dr If all ok. Ask if it could be intercostal/scapular muscle pain. I get muscle spasms in the same location that radiates from chest to under the scapular. It freaks me out sometimes, as it feels like my heart. BUT you need to rule out everything 1st as I am not a dr. I do get this muscle spasm more if I am under stress. I use techniques to help. The biggest thing is to talk to your dr. You know your body best, write down your symptoms and concerns And please don’t worry about clots all the time. Hugs to you.

Hi, if it's under the breasts it could be Costochondritis, probably spelt that wrong. It's inflammation on the chest wall and normally stress related. I hadn't had it for a few years after changing jobs and then got diagnosed with aps and with stress of appointments pain came back. Go get checked out as they will make sure it isn't anything else.

Sorry to hear you are having this stabbing pain and stomach issues. Unfortunately, there seems to be a whole range of different symptoms w APS. I have not had any of those symptoms and I was diagnosed w APS 4 years ago. Hope you get some good advice on this site w all our helpful people and that you can find a good doctor(s). 😊

hi all great advise from all these comments. You are not allowed ant acids if on warfarin, though I do know Gasicon is great for wind. I have had similar very disconcerting

Not because if this but I had mitral valve replaced. At one point after surgery fluid under the heart caused similar pain making breathing very difficult. Heart check up good idea

When I used to experience such pain I would try my best to relax if it was wind the wind used to find it’s way out eventually. Yes scary. Yes like a mine field

Good luck hope you find a hood specialist
