Hi

Dr Hughes has several conferences. Posted on YouTube in the states. But in one he mentions a patient who is married to a doctor who figured out what her magic number was and it helped to clear out some of the hills and valleys we all go through

I was stuck on sn INR for awhile as I am sure many of us have been. And I started keeping a food diary and if a bad day why and possible triggers It has helped but. Still working on it. ❤️‍🩹
