Does anyone know if there are any vaccines to ne avoided for APS patients, i.e. previously Astra Zenica, or are they all supposedly ok for us according to JCVI

Phizer is the only one I can have
since I stopped taking any shots for over 10 years, I don’t get sick. Not even a cold. What does your gut say?
Do your research, it's all I can say and don't forget it is your body, but consult with a GPthat knows you and that you trust. I've not had any vaccines since I was a child now I'm 71, and glad I've always researched before taking any medicine.
I think the conversation has to be between you consultant/GP and yourself as they will know, personally I can't have any more due to reactions, but I wish you luck with this as they seem to be ok for most. MaryF
As far as I'm aware there are no restrictions for APS I have had pretty much every vaccine brand now I think as I've just had my 7th booster dose. There was no conversation about it and unless u are on blood thinners (this doesn't include clopidogrel as that's an anti platelet) I don't think theres any issues 🤷🏼♀️ well I'm still here anyway!
But if ubare unsure ring the covid line is probably the best place as they will know more about the vaccines
I spoke to Vax nurse, she said only those on specific steroid or chemo ( or with the vulnerable condition status) need a vax, with or without G P letter . As those suppress and shorten the 12 month immunity with covid vax . Otherwise normal APS depending on meds ,( blood thinners don’t validate ) we are OK until 12 month booster . You take a list of meds to the nurse in charge of vax clinic if not sure . However it ended on 30 th July .
