Hi, you don't say why you are on apixiban? Is it for AF or Hughes/APS?

I would get your cardiologist to have a word with the endoscopy doctors - if they are not planning any biopsies, then yes a bridging plan would be needed.

Hi, a bridging plan is for anyone that is on anticoagerants and going through surgical procedures.

This site is for people with Hughes/APS, which is sticky thick, clotting blood, the bridging for us is totally different than for people with AF.

I have attached a paper for you to read and talk through with your cardiologist and endoscopy doctor.
