Hi, Do you have a diagnosis for Hughes Syndrome/APS? As we are not a general medical forum. However if you feel ill please telephone your GP, or 111 MaryF
I often feel the same and it isfrightening. It happens especially if my blood is thick. My one is tested weekly
Hi there on Trinidad or Tobago (?)
Hope you have got a Specialist of autoimmun illnesses IF you have our sticky blood. Also important to get the best anticoagulation-drug and if it is Warfarin you use to keep it steady all the time and rather high (as the Specialist would understand if he is well- informed about APS that is).
We have snow here in Stockholm for Christmas but I guess you do not have that on Tobago.
Yes I agree with Teresa hunter, I know when my blood is too thick and I also feel this way also, but feel marvelous when it’s too thin! Despite the doctors readings, I just know and can feel it. I couldn’t tolerate warfarin, and I am now on apixaban. So INR not tested. But I can feel it, my blood still shifting from too thick , and yes it’s frightening and I feel terrible ,then it goes all the way down , too thin. And then horrendous nose bleeds or bruises!
