Very low potassium

I'm new to this and I just found out I have very low potassium and I been having the signs for three going on four years i dont know what to do because I'm new to it and when I try to eat things that make it go up I still have issues like depression anger cramps tingling in my legs heart feels funny at times hard to breath a lot of weight loss feeling really lazy can't sleep at times cause of my legs if anyone has any tips or pointers please let me know I need help

Hi,

You have joined our Forum today and we are no Doctors here and we all have HS/APS.

So I wonder if you have got a diagnose of Hughes Syndrome/Antiphospholipid syndrom otherwise we can not help you. See a Doctor though!
