Hi, when you last asked a question Hidden answered you with the list of specialists, you must get a referral from your GP, if this feels difficult go along with your most trusted, friend, colleague, relative or neighbour to help fight your case. list your history and symptoms in bullet points. It is in the interest of your GP to be guided by somebody with full professional working knowledge of this condition, ie a Hughes Syndrome/APS Specialist. You may find they tweak your medication and your INR. Also please look into your vitamin D, B12 Iron and also Thyroid, as this can all join the party and conspire to make you feel worse if levels are wrong. MaryF
