Aps Specialist near Daytona Beach FL?

UPDATE: I was able to get an appointment with a rhuemetologist at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville!

Hello everyone, I am up in the Daytona Beach/ New Smyrna Beach, Florida area caring for my 80 year old mother who injured her back. Can anyone recommend an APS Specialist in this area? I have new symptoms where my body is not producing enough saliva. I can only eat liquid foods, and losing weight, and recently tested negative for Sjogrens.

Sadly Florida seems to be as dry as Sjögren’s when it comes to APS specialists...

Try your APS specialist if you can't find SS one? Sero negative SS is very common, as no one blood test fits. (Originally it was my APS specialist that picked up my SS and then sent me to a SS specialist)Even with a specialist diagnoses can be hard - schiemer eye test, as well as lip biopsy!Your dentist may also be able to help.

Also the sjogrens forum on here is also very informative.
