Complaint through PALS

I have today (after meaning to for about a fortnight)

escalated my recent complaint through PALS

Will pop back later and type more,but must lie down,,,third migraine in three days,sumitriptan not even touching it

I have asked for my consultant to be changed

I have complained about most doctors I've seen! I hope that with each complaint I made maybe one dr will think of Hughes as an alternative diagnosis and help patients get the treatment they need.

An update,and a good one too!

A very nice lady rang me yesterday,and they have changed my consultant

they will be sending me an appointment with Professor D,Cruz .
