It's been a while since I last posted, the past few weeks I have been struggling with chronic fatigue and forgetting my thoughts mid conversation along with muddling up my words.
My target INR range is 3-4, target of 3.5. I am currently 3.2 and last week 3.8. I was wondering if anybody has any tips to boost their mood and alertness, as I work full time which is a major struggle as all I want to do is nap all day.
Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Beth.

I will add that I agree with the advice above, and also that my last flare was triggered by mosquito bites! It has made me more careful about applying my repellent. MaryF
Ooh this post looks as if I could have written it! My brain is awful. I keep misinterpreting what people are saying and I can be thinking something and it just goes and I have no recollection! I was at Guys on Wednesday and she agrees there is a marked deterioration since my last visit. I am to have a brain scan and eyes checked. I did have a Tia a few weeks ago and I don't seem to have recovered as well as usual. I just did the usual thing ... Went to bed for a couple of hours. I did tell my gp a few days later. But maybe I have to admit defeat and go to the hospital. We will see what scan says.
APsnotFab note about flares is really true. I experience them from time to time as well-with and without provocation. Sometimes a cold or sniffle can evoke a flare for me-sometimes no reason whatsoever. But the fatigue...not sleepiness....fatigue...whole body and mental fatigue as you describe-with cognitive sluggishness is profound and quite limiting. The flares seem to pass...for no reason or treatment-with or without sleep. I used to "chase" my INR but even within range sometimes I get a flare...take a deep breath....rest
