Bad day, I ache from head to foot, headache, tired & very tearful. My words are muddled & keep forgetting things !!! feel really low,

Hi Sue,

Your symptoms of muddled words and forgetfulness may improve with a higher INR (eg 3.5-4) and for some plaquenil helps with the aches and pains. You might discuss these possibilities with your physician. See the poll on this website regarding best INR for symptom relief.

Hi there, sorry you feel bad, and yes to the advice above re INR and Plaquenil. You probably need a little bit of fine tuning with your consultant. Again papers available re ideal INR. Mary F x

Apart from all the above, I was put on antidepressants, I think that the Hughes also effected that part of my brain, it's not for everyone but it stopped me having terrible thoughts and I am still here to prove it
