Specialist appointment achieved!

So pleased to at last of received or date for seeing one of your suggested specialists. Now worried about asking the right questions as there are so many. Any suggestions from those of you lucky enough to of seen an APS specialist would be greatly received. Going on 6/1/16 City rd Hospital Birmingham.

Well done on seeing it through. Write out your history in bullet points, plus medications and also any questions you wish to ask, then you can prompt yourself on the day...MaryF

Mary's advice is very sound. I give the Dr a copy and have a copy myself and work through the list together with the Dr. I leave sufficient space between each point for the writing of notes. I then run through the notes with the Dr before the end of the consultation.
