Swollen glands etc

Really struggling at moment. Feel totally exhausted- swollen glands in neck, arm pits and behind knees. Also pins and needles in fingers ( this is new) Any suggestions of what I can do?

Hi apart from acknowledging the obvious virus season.....please check in with whoever is managing your medication? Remind us what you take? Also get your GP to do your Vitamin D, B12 and Iron, plus Thyroid, and I know often the tests are negative, however mine was for years and it did eventually show up. There may be something make you flare. Also get them to test your for glandular fever if you have never had this, just to rule it out. Does your specialist see you regularly? MaryF

Thanks Mary. I am on hydroxychloroquine. Not due to see my consultant until January. Had tests for thyroid previously which have come back normal. Will try to ask GP for the tests you've suggested thank you!

You can have low B12 without having low iron, or both together and low vitamin D will make you feel awful.....best of luck. MaryF
