The usual question! Do you have Hughes Syndrome/APS? Your symptoms could be for a variety of reasons. MaryF
Hi Crimsongold,
Why on earth should this have to do with APS? Further more I do not understand what you are writing. Are you running in your dream? If it is a problem you must go to a Doctor. We are not Medical trained here.

Huh ???
So if I understand correctly, you were describing how you feel when you're dreaming a nightmare? Or are you describing a feeling you get when you're awake? Again – we are not doctors, we use this site merely to share coping strategies for living with APS. If you are describing a dream, and you think the dream is telling you something then you should make a list of symptoms that occur when you're awake and share those with your doctor. But if you only feel the symptoms while you are asleep and dreaming then I would disregard the symptoms.
Once, at age 4, I was napping on the couch so my mother could keep an eye on me as I had chickenpox. I dreamed that evil ghosts were trying to pull me under the coffee table. I knew if they succeeded I would die. I woke from my nightmare feeling very weak and scared. I tried to call for my mother but all that came out of me was a tiny squeak which fortunately my mother heard. My fever was very high, my physician father was summoned home from the hospital and I was given an alcohol bath in the tub to reduce my fever. So yes, I know sometimes dreams can be our body's way of telling us something we need to know.
On the other hand – I have had many dreams and nightmares involving strange scenarios and feelings that had no basis in reality. How many nightmares did I have as a child that had nothing to do with my health at that moment? Probably a lot.
