Going to the hospital early tomorrow morning for EMG, CT scan and admission to the EM unit (for 3-4 days). Hopefully I'll have answers by the time I go home regarding the mini seizures I've been having.

I'll have access to the internet while there so I'll be able to check with you guys a few times while there.

Good luck. Make sure you and your husband are talking to the doctors and getting answers.

Update....

Still in the hospital. INR is wacky so getting heparin (Lovenox) shots along with warfarin.

Doc said what I had was seizures from what the APS is doing to the blood in my brain and how it's flowing (or not flowing). Good news is it's not a seizure disorder per se'.

Most if not all the other neurological symptoms are migraine complex.

Going to start me on low dose topamax which will prevent both migraine stuff and any future seizures.

Probably release tomorrow but remain hooked up till I leave.

Hallo Mylafont,

I guess positive things are happening now. It is your APS as the doctor says probably and when you are selftesting and properly anticoagulated on a steady level you will be much better.

Good that you are taking care of with a new drug also!

Best wishes from Kerstin
