I have been taking Prednisolone for a few years for Temporal Arteritis. Now just off them & having side effects. Anyone else had problems?

Can't keep awake, dropping to sleep, had panic attack & felt quite ill last night. Dizzy plus other stuff

Hallo, Do you have APS (Hughes syndrome)? Who has diagnosed you? We are not Medical trained here but have all of us APS and try to help eachother with information of our different symptoms and other problems.

Hope to hear from you if you have got APS.

I haven't been diagnosed with Hughes Syndrome but I will ask my GP about it.

I wasn't suggesting that your symptoms are due to APS, just that this site is for patients who have APS. Have a look at the HSF website, click on the logo at the top right of this page, and have a look at the information there. If you feel that the symptoms mentioned on there are similar to your then print off the relevant information and give it to your GP.
