Can anyone recommend an APS specialist in Ireland, Europe?

Hi, I live in Galway, Ireland and I'm looking for an APS specialist. I have anti-phospholid antibodies and have had 4 miscarriages. I'm not sure yet whether I have the syndrome, need to re-test.
